Job Title: Claims Officer 

Location: Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Review and assess insurance claims.
  • Communicate with clients and gather the required documentation.
  • Liase with the insurance company and loss adjuster for timely claim settlement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports. Determine appropriate claim compensation.
  • Process claim payments and ensure timely settlements.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations. Prepare and submit regular claims reports.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in claims or insurance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian insurance regulations is a must
