Azbir Hotels, one of the leading hospitality brands and a 5 star Hotel Facility is currently expanding her operations in Birnin Kebbi. In line with this, we are currently employing qualified hospitality staff to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Admin Accountant / HR

Location: Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi
Reports To: Operations Manager
Supervises: Cash Attendant

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-Up to the accounts Payable function.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring Spending and budgets
• Auditing and analyzing financial Performance
• Advising on How to reduce costs and increase Profits
• Compiling and Presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial Statements and records comply With Laws and regulations
• Prepare financial reports (Daily, Weekly, monthly, Quarterly, and annually) in a timely manner.
• Perform balance Sheets and bank reconciliations.
• Review and Verify accounts receivable posting and billing.
• Input and reconcile all income for closing and preparing financial Statements for management review.
• Ensure Daily transactions are posted and updated in Line With best accounting Practices and in a timely manner.
• Provide general administrative and clerical Support When Needed
• Provide insights on current Projects as Well as the Upcoming ones and their invoicing Status.
• Supervise office Documentation and filing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
• Preferably from an FMCG / Lease to own background
• 5 Years’ accounting experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, economics or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial Statements and Periodicals
• Fluency in microsoft office Suite (outlook, excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
