1-2 years of experience working as a Recruiter (inhouse or staffing agency)
Strong knowledge of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
Previous experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
Prior experience in JD development, CV screening, interview process and candidate management systems
Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
