Job Title: Head of Productions

Role

• The role holder is expected to manage and coordinate the entire process of rice production from pre-cleaning to finished product.
• The role holder will ensure quality production through effective supervision of staff and machines in the different units of production i.e parboiling, milling, boiler and quality control.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / HND in Engineering or related field. A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production management in the relevant company.
