Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations across the South South and South East regions of Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in FMCG sales within the region, with a solid network and experience in HORECA, Modern Trade, and Open Market Wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned territories (Abia, Calabar, Enugu, Onitsha, Owerri).
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of field sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in HORECA, modern trade, and wholesale markets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and other channel partners.
• Ensure timely market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Support trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-market execution of brand initiatives.
• Ensure optimal stock availability, visibility, and merchandising across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (an MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the FMCG sector, with proven success in the designated region.
• In-depth knowledge and strong network within HORECA, modern trade, and wholesale channels.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.

Salary Range
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.
