Our client is looking for an Engineer – Inshop Technical Support (Technical Help Desk) to provide customer-facing technical support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for access devices.
Qualifications
HND / BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT
Experience:
1–2 years in a similar role
Skills Needed:
Knowledge of WiFi, WiMAX, LTE, TCP/IP, and Networking
Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
Strong customer service skills
Salary
N105,000 per month.
