Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales operations across the shortlet apartments, art gallery, and library to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote the property and its offerings across multiple channels.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure all facilities meet high-quality standards, enhancing client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue streams, including events and exhibitions.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver outstanding services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of managerial experience in hospitality, property management, or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to manage operations, drive revenue, and achieve business objectives.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
