Job Description

• As a Junior Farmers Satisfaction Representative, you will play a crucial role as the liason between the organization and the Natnuprenuer farmers, addressing their concerns, providing assistance and advocating for their needs by maintaining a strong relationship with the farmers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products, services and supports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior FSR
• Provide exceptional customers service to farmers through various channels, such as phone, email and in-person interactions
• Address enquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to problems promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with farmers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of the Natnuprenuer farmers and support them in achieving their goals.
• Effectively communicate the Natnuprenuer scheme to farmers by providing guidance on product selection, usage , and best practises to optimize their farming operations.
• Act as mediator between the farmers and other departments within the organization to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to senior FSR when necessary.
• Gather feedback from farmers regarding their experiences with our products and services.
• Compile feedback reports and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders for continues improvement..
• Conduct training session programs for farmers.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.

Qualification

• OND in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of broiler bird-rearing techniques, farm management practices, and agricultural markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
• Ability to ride motorcycle
• Below 25 years of age.
