Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities 

• Managing day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and memos.
• Organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital records. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring equipment is functional, and managing inventory.
• Entering and updating data accurately in databases or systems
• Safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements
You are at advantage if you:

• Reside within Yaba and its environment
• Possess a driver’s license

Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 monthly.
