Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Defining the overall vision and strategy for a product, prioritizing features and maximizing its value to customers and the business implementing varied user feedback.
- Developing product specifications and requirements
- Creating and updating your product roadmap.
- Market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Understanding customer preferences and managing product lifecycle.
- Cross-selling and up-selling
- Leading new business pitches and onboarding new customers.
- Product and service knowledge.
- SLA management, lead generation, lead closure and customer relationship management.
- Sales retention and objective handling
- Customer mapping and penetration
- Comprehensive understanding of ISP services and industry trend awareness.
Educational Qualifications
- BSc or HND in any discipline or
- 5 – 7 years relevant (Sales) experience in ISP/Telecommunication
Certifications / Trainings:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Customer Service,
- Sales Certified Specialist (CSSC) and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM).
Technical knowledge:
- Comprehensive Understanding of ISP services
- Industry trend awareness
