Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Sabon Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Extend sheds and ensure accurate setting out of the project site.
• Inspect and verify the correct installation of bolts as per design specifications.
• Conduct contour surveys to measure and map elevation differences on the site.
• Utilize a total station to take precise coordinate measurements.
• Demarcate boundaries based on coordinates, including level markings such as Finished Floor Levels (FFL).
• Measure and confirm pedestal dimensions before casting concrete.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of all survey results.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support the project.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc / HND inQuantity Survey, Surveyor and Geo-Informatic
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the steel and construction industry.
• Must have the ability to multitask effectively.
• Tech savvy, including familiarity with CAD software.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• Candidates living in close proximity to Abuja and its environs are preferred.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
