Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data, including maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other relevant materials.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies, preparing blueprints that meet technical specifications.
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs, providing advice and resolving issues or deficiencies creatively.
• Oversee and mentor workers while liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success, monitoring progress, and compiling project status reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, permits, and safety standards, delivering technical files and other documentation as required.
• Manage budgets and project resources, scheduling materials and equipment procurement, and ensuring projects meet legal requirements, particularly health and safety regulations.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering, or other related fields.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
