Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows within legal operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, developing business continuity strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, conduct audits, and manage compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs on BPRC principles and procedures for employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within legal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (LLB/LLM).
• Licensed to practice law in [Jurisdiction].
• Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Risk Management, and Compliance, specifically within legal business operations.
