Job Title: Mineral Process R&D Researcher

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute advanced mineral processing research projects.
• Develop and optimize methods for ore processing and beneficiation.
• Perform analytical assessments to enhance mineral recovery processes.
• Draft comprehensive research documentation and technical reports.
• Contribute to scaling up processes from lab-level experimentation to industrial application.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advancements in mineral processing.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Metallurgy and a Ph.D. in Mineral Processing (or equivalent).
• Proven research experience in mineral processing.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and contribute to process advancements

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in research planning and execution.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with process scaling and industrial application development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
