This is to inform all applicants intending to transfer their studentship to University of Medical Sciences, Ondo (UNIMED) that the University has commenced the sales of Inter-University Transfer Form for the 2017/2018 Academic session.

METHOD OF APPLICATION FOR 2017/2018 INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER

1. Pay the Application Form fee of twenty thousand naira (N20,000.00) only to the University’s Account No.

Account Name: Ondo State University of Medical Sciences (Revenue Account)

Bank Name: First Bank Nig. Plc.

Account No.: 2028751997

2. Change the bank teller to University’s official receipt at the Bursary Department of the University

3. Pick up Application Form at the Academic Affairs Division of the Registry with an evidence of payment obtained from the Bursary.

Please note that:

i. Triplicate copies of the Application Form will be submitted;

ii. Only clear and properly signed documents will be treated;

iii. Successful candidates would be required to pay the acceptance fee;

iv. Academic transcript of the Candidate must be forwarded directly by the applicant’s University Registrar to the Registrar, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo; and

v. University of Medical Sciences, Ondo reserves the right to conduct background checks on prospective candidates.
