For the past two to three years we have hardly heard, seen or been able to contact bodies that are responsible for the RSSDA scholarship and everyone is like “Are you sure this RSSDA scholarship will continue”? Considering the fact that the past Rivers Government has continually abandoned poor Nigerian students studying abroad under their scholarship umbrella simply shows that the Government is not ready to continue the RSSDA scholarship anymore.
