Of recent, I received series of messages from different persons stating the inability of their phone to upload pictures to their 2go account.
 Just the other day, I had to battle with my friend’s phone for hours just to upload a common picture to his 2go account.
We tried uploading it for several times but to no avail, until I came up with a little trick that worked just perfectly for me.
 I know that this problem is not just synonymous to me alone but also most of us have had such experience and that is why I have decided to post about it today.
  • You will need to download Mobyexplorer or a Bluetooth Ftp or any other phone software that allows you to edit and rename the extension format of a file. E.g of an extension .jar, .jpg etc.
  • Go to http://www.sharemobile.ro
  • Click on search upload and search for either of the software located above and download to your phone.
  • After you might have done that, open the software you just downloaded and look for where your picture is. For a user of Bluetooth Ftp, open it and switch to the area where you stored the file (either in phone or memory).
  • When you locate the picture, click on menu and scroll down to where you have Rename item or rename.
  • Try renaming the picture extension type of the 2go profile picture you wish to upload to another picture format. E.g, if picture is  loadedvilla.jpeg, change to loadedvilla.jpg and save.
  • Try uploading it again to your 2go account and if it still would not upload, change the format to any of these .gif, .png, .bmp, .dip, .jpe, .jfif, .tiff and save.
  • Try this till you get the format that works for your 2go account.
  • It worked for me, and I hope it works for you.
