University Of Portharcourt (UNIPORT) Admission News:Ordinarily i would have not made this post but since many admitted freshers are kind of confuse with some documents like: Acceptance form,Guarantor’s form,Matriculation register form,Student undertaking form,(2) referee letters, medical form,clearance eligibility form,Bio-Data,School fees print out, Hostel Undertaken etc, i decided to make this post to clarify you guys on how to get it.

N/B:Firstly, you should be aware that you will be needing your JAMB result (The official copy bearing your Name and your passport on it) Plus your JAMB admission letter too.

How to get UNIPORT Documents like Acceptance form,Matriculation Register form etc?

Now these documents are very important and you will be required to present them during your physical clearance, the whole process could be very stressful but you will be glad you went through it since it is just a once in a lifetime stress. Have you been having issues locating the below documents like:

— Acceptance form,

— Provisional Admission Slip

— Guarantor’s form,

— Matriculation register form,

— Student undertaking form,

— (2) referee letters (This can be made by either your Pastor, teacher,lawyer etc, duly signed and address to the registrar of Uniport referencing your name). Note that the letter heading of your reference letter must be clear. I advise you type it because handwritten are mostly rejected during clearance.

— medical form,

clearance eligibility form,

Bio-Data,School fees print out,

Hostel Undertaken etc

Procedures To Download The Documents:

–> Upon completion and confirmation of your payment of Acceptance fees, Visit the Uniport ecampus Portal and create an account (Click On the Sign Up button to create an account).This is the account you will use through out your studentship in Uniport so be very careful of your of username and Password. Hint: If your name is “Emmanuel John,” I suggest you make your username “Emmanuel.John” without the quote (“”) atleast that can be easily remembered.

–> Once you click on the Sign Up Button located at the top right hand corner of the ecampus portal, a page asking you to enter your JAMB registration number displays with a blank field. There are other details on the page but just enter your JAMB reg number and click next.

–> If you have paid your acceptance fee then you will be allowed to continue but if you haven’t, then you will get an update like “Please Proceed to the bank to pay your acceptance fee” and until you have paid your acceptance fee, then you may not be allowed access into the ecampus portal.

–> Let me assume you have paid for your acceptance fee. All you need to do at this point is follow the procedures on the ecampus portal until you are fully logged into your newly created account.

–> If you are fully logged in, To get these documents, click on the option “Admission form” and just at the left pane, click on “Admission forms to drop down a list of forms.There you can get any of the forms you are looking for.
