To use the MTN Bis on Pc, you will have to use a VPN (Tunnel Guru). A VPN is a software that lets you browse the web for free (Almost free i forgot). You will have to subscribe to Tunnel guru premium plan to be able to gain access to the premium gateway. To startup, create an account here. After successful creation of an account, a password will be sent to your email. Please note that the details sent to your email is for a free account and you will have to upgrade the account to a premium one before you can enjoy unlimited access to your account.

How To Upgrade The VPN (Tunnel Guru) Account To Premium

Presently, the only accepted method of payment is via a paypal and other online payment medium. Unfortunately, most Nigerians and Africans can not make payment via these platforms. But i can help out if you want me to get the premium codes for you. You can pay the sum of N,1000 to my account. Note that i am offering my help for the benefit of those that cannot afford to make payment via there platform.

Once you have made the payment into my account, send a text including your email address (Please provide a valid one), your teller number, and the amount you deposited. How To Set Up Tunnelguru To Use With MTN Unlimited Bis Plan

Let me assume you have gotten your voucher codes. The next step is for you to upgrade your account to premium via their website. To do this, go to the official website (www.tunnelguru.com) of tunnelguru, log in your details you used for the registration and enter the password sent to you email. You should see a page like the one below on successful login:

Click on the circled hyperlink “Apply Voucher.” You should see a field for user id, voucher code and a captcha verification. You are to enter your username you used for the registration on the “user Id” and your premium voucher codes on the related field with “voucher code.” Enter the verification code shown at the left on the requested field and click on the “apply now” button. If you have done this correctly, then you should be receiving a successful message.

Please take note of the TG Number as circled in red in the image above. You will still be needing it after the next stage.

Download And Set Up Tunnelguru On Your Pc

To download the software, you should know if your system is either a 32 or 64 bits operating system. This can be checked via right clicking on “my computer” + “properties.” You should see the type you use there. To download the tunnelguru, go to the download portal at (http://tunnelguru.com/download.php), select and download the particular one for your system (Either 32bit or 64bit). Please make sure you have java installed on your system. Java 6 or a higher version should be installed to enable the software run on your system. If you are prompted with a message like ” do you want to allow tunnelguru to access your system,” select “allow” and continue.

Once you have done this, launch it on your system. On successful launch, put in the following setup as detailed in the image below:

Server: UK-5 {UDP, ICMP}

Username: Put your username from tunnelguru

Password: also put in your password from tunnel guru

Tunnel DNS Query: Leave empty

Protocol: ICMP

Mode: Mode-2 (Faster)

Before clicking on the start button, you must have fixed your TG Number on their website. To do this, Click on “HTTP Tunnels” on the menu and click on the about button. Your TG Number should be shown to you. Copy and paste it in your logged in account at the field where you have the “update” button.Once you pasted it there, click on the update button. You can only update the TG number twice after a subscription, so be careful while pasting it there. See an image of the process you are meant to undergo before getting to the Tg Number:

You can now  go back to “VPN Tunnel” and click on Start. Once you receive the successfully connected message, you should be browsing.
