Candidates who have been considered  or who meet the requirements of an O’ Level result are welcome to collect and submit applications forms from 7Th to 18th July 2014 at the school premises Akiama – Oguede Road, Bonny Island, Rivers, Nigeria between 9 AM to 2 PM daily.

An O-Level Certificate and testimonial (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB or other equivalent),Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, Local Government Identification Letter,2 Colored Passport Photographs.
