About BPE

The Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) is the Federal Government agency tasked with implementing the government’s privatization programme, as the Secretariat to the National Council on Privatization (NCP).

It has evolved from the Technical Committee for Privatization and Commercialisation (TCPC), which was established in 1988 to carry out the government’s privatization programme.

  • Candidates must have National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.) 
  • National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution.
