About AMCON

Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) was established on the 19th July 2010, when the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria signed the AMCON Act into Law.

AMCON was created to be a key stabilizing and re-vitalizing tool aimed at reviving the financial system by efficiently resolving the non-performing loan assets of the banks in the Nigerian economy.

AMCON General Recruitment Requirements

Below are some of the general recruitments for recruitment. Kindly note that this is not a comprehensive requirement, as criterias for employment are often spelt out on their job lisiting.

  • Possession of B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • West African School Certificate (WASSCE) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects.
  • National Examination Council (NECO) with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.)
  • A National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution;
  • General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
