The NLNG Ordinary Seaman BGT application officially came to a close last year (2014). As you all know, the board has called up all candidates who were shortlisted for test  and interview for the recruitment.

For applicants who received an SMS in the below format, note that you are to check your email box for further details:

“Subsequent to your application to NSML for the position of Junior Ordinary Seaman, you have been scheduled to write an unsupervised online test.Details of the test has been sent to your email address, so go and check your email. Please note that your access to the test will be valid between thursday 12th -Thursday 19th February 2015 after which your access will be revoked.”

For applicants who received such a text, please check your email for a message in the below format:

Below is a typical copy sent to applicants via email who were shortlisted:

“Dear ****** *********,

You have been invited to complete some assessment/s via the CEB SHL Talent Measurement Solutions website.

Please ensure you complete your assessment/s by 19/02/2015.

Before you start It is recommended that you visit www.shldirect.com to find out more about online assessments, get tips on how to prepare yourself, or practice. It is advisable to complete a Computer Check to ensure your computer is compatible.

Completing the assessment/s Once you have entered the system, links to your assessment/s will be displayed. Answer the questions steadily with no distractions or input from any other person. If you have multiple assessments to complete, some assessments may not be available for you to start until the active assessment has been completed. Once completed, please logout again. Your results will be forwarded to your recruiter, and they will be notified of your completion(s).
