Remember i promised to reveal certain things to you guys, more especially those that have been asking to know when the 2014/2015 Rivers State Sustainable Development Scholarship (RSSDA) scholarship form will be out. About two month ago i made a post on how to pass the RSSDA Scholarship examination. Many persons have found it very useful and have prepared their minds to answering the examination question with the techniques revealed and i believe they will not disappoint my effort because i see them flying abroad to study.

Many persons think i work for the RSSDA, please do not be misinformed, i have sat for the exams and have gone for the Oral interview before. So i have got some ideas about the scholarship during my experience but i do not work for the RSSDA. I am just trying to educate our minds the more.

Getting Started With The RSSDA Scholarship Oral Interview

There are few things i noticed during the interview, and this was the fact that part of the judging criteria is focused on your appearance, composure, smiles, speech, communication, neatness, goal in life, educational and studying skill and your aim of studying abroad.

Just like every other Job interview you go for, you have to be very confident in yourself and be full of smiles during your communication with the judges. Remember that they are humans just as you.Do not be stubborn and be attentive to the judges and reply only when you are asked to.

Questions Asked In The RSSDA Scholarship Oral Interview

I know you have been waiting for this category and i am here to speak to you concerning that. Initially, the oral interview was only based on simple questions like “Why do you want to Study abroad“How are You“Tell Us More About Yourself” What Made You Choose This Course” and a host of other minor questions too numerous to mention.

All that have changed and newer techniques have been introduced in other to eliminate the number of candidates moving to the next level. Remember that in this case, it is the earlier the better, the more questions you answer, the more your chances  of scaling through.

In the interview,you got like three judges before you, most of these judges are renowned professors, lecturers in reputable Nigerian universities. Do not be intimidated by their degrees and public figures. Just be confident and believe in your answers. Remember that for you to pass the Oral interview, you have to study your books very well. For science students, be acquainted with definitions of some simple terms, just like acceleration etc, you should be able to state the various laws in your physics and chemistry textbooks and relate them to the real life experience. You should be able to think beyond the box by implementing these laws to the physical expression.

I really do not know much about the Arts students, but there is one thing i am sure of the Arts. The questions asked are still normal laws and years some certain things was carried out in Nigeria. You should be very good in current Affairs. That is one of the ways you can outsmart them and emerge successful.
