Job Description
- Supervise the entrenchment officers to ensure cross-sell the Bank’s Product and Lead a team of outbound agents to onboard new customers using the entrenchment model
- To reactivate dormant and inactive accounts
- Ccross sell the bank’s products and services to existing and new customers.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a minimum of First Degree
- 4 years’ experience of which 3 years should be in the banking industry
