Qualification
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in related field, be an associate of related HR institutions
- Graduate with 5 years practical experience in a logistics firm.
- Having knowledge on staff selection process, performance monitoring, and appraisal, on boarding process, Training & development, compensation/Benefits, medicals Mgt etc.
- Knowledge of Drivers Recruitment/Mgt will be an added advantage.
