Job Description

• A fully owned subsidiary of a global brand with head office at Casablanca in Morocco that provides Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to Telecom companies in Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the position below

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supporting the wider business.
• .You shall advise internal stakeholders at all levels of the business on a range of contractual and other issues.
• Assisting in drafting board minutes/resolutions
• Managing a group-wide framework to ensure group companies comply with local requirements
• Implementing tools and procedures to improve record-keeping of group company information
• Arranging notarization/legalization of documents as and when required.

Qualification and Experience

• Law Degree with a Degree classification of 2.1 or above
• Demonstratable experience of working in an office
• Five years of related experience required.
• Experience with relevant software packages

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent collaboration with colleagues and peers
• Drafting, persuasion and judgment skills
• Reasonable knowledge of contract law
• High level planning, prioritization and organisational skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
