Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all administrative and human resources tasks
• Managing the payroll function
• Developing and executing HR and Admin policies and guidelines
• Overseeing office management.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business administration or related course
• 2 – 3 years’ experience working as an HR Generalist
• Previous experience in managing people, optimizing processes, and resource management in the real estate industry is preferred
• Experience in Operations process and performance management
• Fleet management experience
• Experience in SOP development
• In-depth understanding of the entire Ms Office Suite.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
