Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of strong brand/product strategies
• Plan, implement and track new product launches and re-launches.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
• Taking an active part in the media planning process supporting the yearly media briefs and individual campaign briefs
• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns
• Understanding each region’s needs and challenges and being able to address them
• Follow ups with agencies for deliverables to ensure delivering to all timelines
• Delivering brand assets- TVCs, Digital, Static and other creatives
• Evaluate, monitor and report budget for special projects, brand asset development

Qualification
Candidate must:

• Be a Graduate with relevant discipline
• Have minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role FMCG industry
• Be proficient in the usage of MS Office
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
