Job Title: Purchasing / Procurement Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overseeing activities of the purchasing department in the restaurant.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a procurement officer.
- Prior restaurant procurement experience is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
