Responsibilities
- Trouble shoot implementation related issues
- Ensure timely support is provided
- Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within the stipulated period of time.
- MIS reports analysis
- Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis.
Requirements
- HND / Degree in Accounts or IT (Computers).
- 1-2 years experience using ERP Software, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
- Full knowledge of the various functions in the manufacturing industry
- Communication & Organisational skills
- Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users.
- Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly.
