We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Field: Sales, Marketing / Customer Relations

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
• Generating leads and followup
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers/clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Guide customers/clients with many features of the services, making it easy for the customers to take final decision
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintaining client records
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• Procure the completed loan application from their leads along with required documents
• Conduct a preliminary check of both the application and the documents
• Ensure that the documents provided are genuine
• Assist people/customers during their loan application journey
• Collecting all the important documents and loan applications with care from the borrower
• Conducting verification and due diligence to ensure both the loan application and other documents are correct
• Ensuring that the documents provided by the lender are genuine and are not forged ones(incase there’s a need for collateral).

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and sales of bank services and loans is an added advantage with B.Sc / HND in Business Administration / Marketing
• Experience:1 – 2
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• Team oriented and selfmotivated.

Remuneration

• N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
• Attractive Commissions.
