- Controlling company and project documentation.
- Following and improving document control procedures.
- Maintaining documentation retention policy.
- Electronic organization and distribution of documents within the company.
Requirements
Educational Background (Degree):
- B.Sc / HND in Science / Social Science or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role .
- IT Knowledge Required: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Internet Skills.
Knowledge of:
- ISO 9001 QMS requirements
- Document Management.
- Data Organization and Storage.
- Project Planning.
- Project documentation.
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management System.
- Communication Skills.
