Job Description
- Attends to detail and presentation of each order.
- Places and expedites orders.
- Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Diploma from a culinary school is added advantage.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures for continental dishes and methods.
- Equipment knowledge.
- Ability to work in team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time Management.
