Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Meeting organization
- Maintenance of files and documents
- Attend to and monitor urgent enquiries
- Review bank statements, receipts, and invoices
- Conduct Research
- Regularly update the Partner
- Flight and hotel reservation.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or BA with a minimum of 2.1
- M.Sc. or MBA will be an added advantage
- 2-4 years of proven secretarial/administrative experience.
