Job Summary 

• The Network and Security Assistant Manager would be responsible for handling network and security daily operations and new projects implementation to insure service availability across production and office environments

Job Responsibilities 

• Multi-vendors Firewalls Configuration, troubleshooting, routine maintenance
• Routing & Switching Configuration, troubleshooting, routine maintenance
• Voice Network Operation and maintenance
• Client connectivity troubleshooting
• Vendor Management, support tickets follow up
• Mentoring New members, transfer knowledge to the team
• Monitoring tools customization to meet service desk requirement
• ISPs relationship management
• Support information security requirement to maintain PCI-DSS Certification
• Support POS Setup and insure system reliability
• On-Call 24×7
• Perform other related duties as requested by the company.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree / Relevant qualification from an accredited and recognized university.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT industry
• Very Good command of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level.
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands on experience on Multivendor Firewalls (Cisco/Forti/Palo-Alto)
• Hands on experience on Routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper/Brocade)
• Cyber Security technologies awareness
• Cisco CUCM, F5 ASM/LTM Hands on is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and work in a team in fixing problems
