Job Description

• Unique Yields Global Enterprise seeks young vibrant, resourceful individuals to fill in the position of Head of Customer Operations / Strategy developer.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing strategies with senior management..
• Implementing effective processes and standards.
• Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention.
• Overseeing compliance with regulations.
• Reporting on operational progress.
• Facilitating beneficial collaborative relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience as a head of operations
• Knowledge of business functions.
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
• A strategic thinker.
• Good communication/Presentation skill.
• Maximum Team management ability.

 Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
