Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinate and supervise the building of residential, commercial, industrial, and civic structures
- Liaise between engineers, architects, and others working on the project
- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources.
- Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field is required.
- Outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
Salary
Negotiable.
