Summary

• The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 number of hours per week)

Duties

• The Supply Clerk (Expendables) manages the delivery, issuance, storage, disposal and inventory control of expendable supplies.
• The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the GSO Supply Supervisor.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:

• Experience: Two (2) years of supply related experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property/supply management is required.

Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing operations, and/or property/expendables management is required.
• Knowledge in computerized inventory and stock control data programs is required. Knowledge of local vendors and their procedures is required.

Education Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.

Evaluations:

• This may be tested. Please specify your level of proficiency in the language listed.

Language:

• Good working knowledge in speaking/reading/writing of English is required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong recordkeeping skills, technical & administrative skills and attention to details is required.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications is required. Must be able to lift a maximum of 51lbs (23kg).
