Job Title: Regional Activation and Channel Execution Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the channel picture of success for each category across the regions
• Continuously review the effectiveness of our In-store activities and provide timely feedback to make improvements
• Manage channel merchandising operations and ensure delivery of KPIs by merchandising agency across the regions
• Manage and optimise channel visibility & POSM execution spend
• Lead and deliver sales drivers execution by channel/category for the region
• Coach and support sales reps. and merchandisers to ensure excellent and consistent execution across all channels/ retail environments within the regions.

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements
Qualifications:

• First Degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, many of these to be in Sales or Marketing and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs,
• Experience in Channel/ Shopper marketing and Field Sales management
• Demonstrated success in a number of current and previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to inspire colleagues and associates.

Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of Sales drivers and channel execution
• Good knowledge of operations planning and execution management
• Working knowledge of project/ activities tracking and monitoring
• Working knowledge of Field Sales and Distributor Management
• Appreciable knowledge of channel/shopper trends
• Appreciable knowledge of the FMCGs/ CPGs business environment.
