Job Title: Call Center Telemarketer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Providing information to customers.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Closing sales deals.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
- Support in resolving customer complaints.
- Records the details of Customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification in a related field from recognized institution.
- 0 – 1 year of experience.
- 18 – 25 years old
- Preferable female for gender balance.
- Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Opebi, Iyana Ipaja, Maryland or Oshodi.
Remuneration
N45,000 Monthly.
