Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Make cold calls to potential customers to generate sales
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Requirements
- BSc or HND with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or sales or business development
- Not more than 28years of age.
- Must be able to read and write, Hausa or Igbo Languages.
- Sales flair
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
