Job Title: Chef
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Guaranteeing high-quality food and timely service.
- Planning the menu with the proper ingredients and an adequate budget.
- Supervising all kitchen activities.
- Organising kitchen personnel and helping when necessary.
- Drilling team to cook all the menu items.
- Discerning supplies and order to restock.
- Implementing the kitchen’s security and sanitation measures.
- Developing recipes to refresh the menu.
- Being current on initiative trends.
- Accepting assessments and modifying when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field.
- 1 year of experience
- Previous work experience as a chef.
- Professional certifications in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
- Must be orderly and neat.
- Portfolio of innovative dishes.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding work ethics.
