Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Reviewing, Analyzing, & Evaluating user needs on all computer-based initiatives
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Interface with developers to create and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and meat business requirements.
• Excellent development skills using cutting edge programming language to deliver cutting edge, user friendly solutions
• Develop as-is and innovated process flows based on interviews and facilitated sessions
• Develop and execute test cases; and ensure compliance with all IS, standards.
• Write scripts, procedures and deliver end- user training to ensure the smooth roll-out of all solutions
• Interact with 3rd party vendors on all computer-based solutions
• Research into best IS practices in the industry.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• B.Sc / B.Eng. in Computer Science / Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Statistics, Management Information Systems or any Physical Sciences (a minimum of 2nd Class Upper).
• 3-5 years’ experience axe Business Analyst in a reputable organization. Telecom Company is an added advantage.
• Minimum of three year experience in development of business applications
• Vast knowledge of SQL C, Java, Oracle and requisite tools for cutting edge applications
• Excellent documentation with proficient version management skills
• Excellent communications & presentation skills (esp. for describing and sharing findings)
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers end customers
• Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint applications.
