Technology for Social Change and Development Initiative is a non-profit organization founded in 2016. Tech4Dev was established to empower African communities with digital skills that will bridge the gap of unskilled labour needed for the future of work. We have over the years, implemented projects that inspire, advocate, and train people on basic digital skills, programming skills, and essential skills needed for the future of work. The African youth is inaptly engaged in low-quality jobs with low opportunities for sustainable development. As low-skilled jobs are lost to automation, it is critical that young people are equipped with the necessary skills to secure decent work.

We are seeking competent, self motivated, hardworking and result driven professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Partnerships and Sustainability Engagement Lead

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Provide support to direct report and the Director of Partnerships and Sustainability in implementing key deliverables of the department
• Provide support in sourcing grant applications
• Track and report on success metrics, including audience reach, engagement, social media participation and more
• Provide support in drafting letters, MoUs and other official documentation
• Build tools and templates to strengthen the operations of the Partnerships Team, including proposal templates and guidance on the partnerships process.
• Support in managing a portfolio of existing partnerships
• Provide support in managing partners and stakeholders, including curating, scheduling and documenting partnership correspondence
• Provide creative ways of achieving deliverables in a timely manner

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 2 – 3 years work experience.
• Excellent research, writing and presentation skills, with strong potential for proposal development
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skill
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
