Job Title: Programmes / Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Programmes / Admin Manager will organize and monitor inter-connected programmes.
- Ensure effective coordination and management of the organization’s community.
- Provide events planning and coordination.
- Work with the internal team to design and implement suitable marketing and communication strategies for the programmes.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Law, Social Sciences or a relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA or advanced certification is desirable.
- 5+ years proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
- Demonstrable understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Good knowledge of performance evaluation and programme reporting.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- HR and Accounting background also desirable.
