Job Title: Sales Lead
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Get feedback on previous day’s performance, customer complaints, riders’ complaints and overall feedback.
- Ensure previous days’ issues are sorted and not repeated.
- Get targets for the day, and Area/Location/Merchants to work with.
- Update Google Form for every Order to track your daily completed orders
- Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions.
- Writing reports for senior managers.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems.
- Maintaining positive customer relations.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
