Job Summary

• We are in need of a Smart Female Administrative Assistant in a leading fashion company who will provide support in managing daily tasks and other duties and is focused on achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Attend to customers online and offline,
• Take enquires and channel to the right sources
• Upload products on company sales channel websites and social media pages
• Take product picture
• Maintaining supplies
• Greet prospective and existing clients in a professional manner and provide visitors or clients relevant information needed by the clients.
• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate source
• Taking and delivering messages.
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / Diploma qualification
• 1 – 2 years of work experience.

Skills and Requirements:

• Organizational skills
• Time-management skill
• Problem-solving skills
• Resourcefulness.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use the computer well
• Working knowledge of MS- Word and Excel
• Know how to communicate via email
• Must reside in Festac /Amuwo-Odofin environs.

Salary

• N30,000 monthly.
