Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact between users and the company supporting customers with IT-related problems
• Resolve issues and address complaints, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments
• Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
• Escalates complex or unresolved incidents
• Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment.
• Acts under guidance to record and track reliability data for your services
• Must be good Neuro Linguistic Programming interpretation

KPI

• Feedback from customers, colleagues and team managers.
• Correct management of processes followed to deliver the service
• Percentage of customer problems resolved within required timescales
• Meeting service level requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Programming or any relevant course.
• Must have at least 4 years working experience as a Service Desk Agent.
• Must be good with relevant IT tools.
• Experience in Telecommunication company/ Industry will be an added advantage.
• Certification in any IT course will be an added advantage
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Must pay attention to details.
• Good time management, Creative and flexible
• Speed and accuracy.
• Customers Come First mindset with good Emotional Intelligence
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
