Job Description
- Answer Customer Questions.
- Escalate Customer Issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Provide General Customer Support.
- Update Customer Records.
- Assist the Sales Team in boosting sales and performance.
- Perform all other assignments as maybe required by management.
Requirements
- A minimum of second class upper in any related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Conflict management.
- Record management.
- A minimum of 0 to 1 year experience as a Customer Service Officer.
- Have sales knowledge and be matured.
Salary
N60,000 – N100,000 / Month.
